Job Title: Digital Marketing/Customer Service Officer
Vacancy exist for the role of Digital Marketing / Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Magodo Phase 2 Ikosi.
Job Purpose:
- Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience
- experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including
- social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
- Manages all Client accounts by ensuring maximum satisfaction in line with Company’s goals and
Objectives.

Qualifications & Skills Requirement:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have concluded Youth Service with 1 or not more than 2 Years’ experience
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency
- Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience.
- Excellent computer skill
